On Sunday, Preston finds Emma moving into a single on his floor, because the girl she shared an apartment with is studying abroad for the semester. Preston and Chang go to their first class in their creative non-fiction workshop with Professor Benjamin on Monday. Tuesday, Preston hangs out with Emma as she folds her laundry, and they talk about class and life. Preston hangs out with Teri as she takes pictures of squirrels for a class project, and annoys him. On Wednesday, Kermit confronts Preston with the knowledge that Preston 's last roommate was a girl, and so violated housing policies. Preston hangs out with Emma and Claire Thursday, talking about music as Emma speculates about Claire's secret boyfriend. Friday, Preston hangs out with Cameron, and she complains about her new roommate. Saturday, Preston works on his non-fiction piece, deciding to write about his break up with Emma.
