Sunday morning, Preston wakes up with Veronica, and recalls how he had an easy enough time sneaking off with her from the party while Emma was distracted with Mike's girlfriend, Pepper. Preston interviews the new director of the Rape Center on Monday. Preston sneaks off to grab dinner with Veronica Tuesday, then hangs out with Emma and declines her invitation to spend the night. Preston is surprised to have both Veronica and Emma visit him in the office Wednesday afternoon. Thursday, Preston sits in on an Off Beats rehearsal. With Dave out of town and Emma at the movies, Preston has Veronica over to his room Friday night, but as they get intimate, Emma shows up outside the room and sees what's going on. Saturday, Preston searches for Emma, and is not able to find her until nighttime. They argue and talk, before ultimately agreeing to split up.
