Weekly Summary:

On Sunday, Preston talks on the phone with Matt, filling him in on his affair, and beginning to talk about what his future may be with Veronica. Preston wakes up Monday morning from a dream about Veronica, and walking to class he is sure he wants to be with her. Preston talks with Veronica over tea on Tuesday, and they kiss. It's a late night at the Window office Wednesday, and Preston and Sam talk about Veronica. Thursday is election day at the paper—Sam is reelected as editor in chief, Teri is elected as Managing Editor and Preston is reelected as news editor. Friday night, Preston and Veronica go out for dinner, and afterward, make love for the first time. Preston wakes up alone on Saturday and finds Veronica studying in her living room for a final next Tuesday, and after some coaxing, Preston convinces her to join him for breakfast on Main Street .
