Still at camp, Dad reveals to Preston on Sunday that Derek O'Malley is his birth son from an affair, who, after the mother died, went up for adoption. He tells Preston his half brother is Chang. Monday, back at home, Preston talks to Chang, trying to feel out how he feels about having grown up with adoptive parents, and learns that, while he's not obsessive over it, he'll always be curious. Preston argues with his father Tuesday, contending he should tell Chang the truth. Dad persists that he doesn't want to take anything away from his adoptive parents. Preston talks to Anastasia about the issue, without giving any names, on Wednesday, and she tends to agree with his father. Preston drives Anastasia home Thursday, observing how it has become routine. Friday, Jermaine encourages Preston to make a move on Anastasia. Preston and Anastasia go to a drive-in movie Saturday, where they hold hands.
