Preston runs into Mike and Dave in the common room Sunday morning, and Mike talks about just being happy to have Pepper there. Monday, Chang observes from The Weather Channel that a big storm is coming. Heavy rains hit Butterton Tuesday, and Preston and Chang get caught in it. Wednesday night, Preston is working on the Window when the power goes out as a result of the storm. Preston and Emma walk to class Thursday morning, and Preston talks about not being able to finish. They get to class only find that it has been canceled for the day. By Friday, the storm is all but over Preston recalls The Window's coverage and his talk with Emma from the day before. Preston goes to a party Saturday. As Chang and Claire make out, Preston leaves with Emma, taking hold of her hand.
