Weekly Summary:

Dave packs up his things, preparing to move out on Sunday, while he and Preston talk about the year to come and Dave's drug use. Preston and Teri spend Monday night together—the last night before they each head home for the summer. After Preston and Teri hit the road Tuesday, Preston runs into a lot of traffic in Shermantown, before coming to a point where he sees a lot of police cars and ambulances. In the early hours of Wednesday, Preston learns that the police were there because of a murder, for which Darryl Goodman, an old family friend, seems to have killed his wife. Preston 's father intends to defend him in court. Preston starts work in his father's office Thursday, bored to be left to answer the phones and alphabetize files while his father and his secretary begin to investigate the murder. Friday, Preston hangs out with Matt, and they talk about Preston 's job, and life after college. Preston plays basketball with Matt, Chang, and Joey Saturday, and Matt talks to Chang about working at a camp.
