Weekly Summary:

Preston runs into Allie at his grandmother's apartment building Sunday, and she tells him that Valerie hasn't been seeing Allie, and that he's pissed. Valerie visits Preston at the office Monday, saying she doesn't feel comfortable staying alone at the house, especially with Adam knowing she's alone, and asks if she can stay at Preston 's house. Valerie comes to Preston 's room at three in the morning Tuesday and kisses him, before Preston pushes her away. Wednesday, Valerie avoids Preston , and he talks to Teri on the phone on his way out of the courthouse, feeling guilty about what happened and not telling her about it. Thursday, Preston goes to see Valerie at the store, and she acts as though she's going to tell him something new about the case, before just reaffirming that her father is innocent. Darryl testifies Friday, bringing several jury members, and Valerie, to tears. Preston and his father talk about the trial Saturday, as it nears its close.
